Every investment is built on a $100/hr true labour burden rate, a 10% contingency buffer, and a fair, transparent margin. These are not estimates — they are flat rates. Changes require a signed Change Order before any work proceeds.

Three milestones. You hold 30% until it's done.

The 35/35/30 structure is designed to protect you. You never pay more than 70% until the final walkthrough is complete and every punch list item is resolved. This is not standard practice in Medicine Hat. It is the standard here.

02.Flat-rate pricing assumes standard residential access and no hidden structural or moisture damage. Conditions discovered during demolition that were not visible or disclosed prior to signing may require a signed Change Order.
03.Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
04.A signed Change Order is required before any work outside the original scope begins. Work does not proceed until the Change Order is signed.
05.Mr. Home Improvement Inc. is a licensed Alberta Prepaid Contracting Business with $5M commercial general liability insurance and WCB coverage. Certificates are available on request before any agreement is signed.
